1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Exclusions: Certain products may be excluded from returns for health, safety, or hygiene reasons. This includes any items that have been opened, installed, or used.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Any supporting photos (if applicable)

Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, our customer support team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional details you may need.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
3. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if it is damaged or defective.

Refund Amount: Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us at contact@preasion.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, we will charge the difference in price.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products that have been opened, used, or installed (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately at contact@preasion.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and you will have the option to receive either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
