Orders and Shipping

The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days to arrive, though expedited options are available for faster delivery.
  • International Orders: Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Standard international shipping generally takes 7–14 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Creating an account with PreAsion is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to our Sign Up page.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password.
  3. Complete any additional required fields.
  4. Click “Create Account.”

Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to track orders, save your shipping information for quicker checkout, and manage your preferences.

To change your shipping address, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PreAsion account.
  2. Go to your Account Settings or Order History.
  3. Select the order you wish to update and click on “Edit Shipping Address.”
  4. Update the shipping information and save the changes.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the address. If your order is still being processed, please contact us immediately at contact@preasion.com for assistance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

You can also log in to your PreAsion account to view the status of your order under Order History.

No, we do not store or keep your credit card information on file. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).

For your security, PreAsion never has access to your full credit card details. Only payment authorization is handled by our payment providers.

Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. If sales tax applies, it will be calculated during checkout and included in your final order total.

We strive to pack and ship your items together to reduce shipping costs and packaging waste. However, depending on product availability and size, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive separate tracking numbers. You will be notified of any partial shipments, and we’ll keep you updated on your order’s status.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@preasion.com. Yes! If an item is out of stock, we may offer a pre-order option if the product is expected to be restocked soon. Pre-orders allow you to secure an item before it becomes available again. To pre-order, simply follow the checkout process on the product page, and you’ll be notified once your item is ready to ship.
